Yes to the Constitutional Amendments

 

Because with them comes:


  1. The return of complete judicial supervision and closing the door to fraud (Article 88)
  2. Easing the requirements for presidential candidacy and limiting the presidential term (Articles 76 and 77)
  3. The cancelling of precept (in which the Assembly makes its own decision) and respect for judges’ opinion (Article 93)
  4. Stipulation of the period of time for the State of Emergency and holding a people’s referendum on it (Article 148)
  5. The mandate of the elected houses to draw up a new constitution in their first meeting (Article 189 repeated)
